Try this on for size:

For time -

- 5 KB snatches left side.
- 5 KB snatches right side.
- 10 Burpees
45 seconds of rest.

Repeat x 5.

To increase intensity, reduce the rest time or add more snatches. This is a great one when you are short on time.
